Practice-based coaching for real life

Knowing isn’t always the hard part. Living it is.

Good Soul Dojo is a grounded place to navigate change and uncertainty, get clear enough to move, and learn from what happens next.

The first step is a short 1:1 conversation. No public checkout.

The pattern

Uncertainty can turn into a loop.

When something important is unresolved, it’s easy to think harder, gather more information, push harder, or avoid the thing entirely.

Overthinking → Overwhelm → Inconsistent Action → Less Self-Trust → More Overthinking

The practice is not eliminating uncertainty. It is learning to move through it.

The Good Soul practice

Work with the whole system.
Then let reality teach you.

The approach combines foundational wellness, body awareness, reflection, meaningful action, and real-world feedback.

01

Ground

Support sleep, movement, nourishment, breath, recovery, and energy.

02

Notice

Notice what is happening in your body, emotions, patterns, and life.

03

Orient

Get clear enough about what matters now.

04

Act

Take the smallest meaningful step instead of waiting for certainty.

05

Learn

Use what happens as signal. Reflect, adjust, repeat.

Regulate. Get clear enough to move. Act. Read the signal. Repeat.
What we practice toward

A more workable relationship with uncertainty.

overwhelm → greater regulation
rumination → a workable next step
waiting for certainty → learning through action
self-doubt → earned self-trust
Background behind the practice

Informed by behavior, health, technology, coaching, and embodied learning.

Adrian, founder of Good Soul Dojo

Human Behavior · Health Technology · Product Leadership · Coaching · Embodied Practice

The approach draws from more than a decade across entrepreneurship, product and UX leadership, coaching, and health and behavioral-health technology—including mental-health AI, diabetes prevention, telepsychiatry, and mental-health care for young people.

Training includes Heroic Certified Coach, Heroic Certified Workshop Instructor, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

It is also shaped by years of embodied and creative practice through dance, DJing, guitar, and the early years of Kaba Modern— learning through observation, repetition, feedback, improvisation, performance, and teaching.

Good Soul Dojo brings these threads together into a practical place to learn by practicing.

Good Soul Dojo is coaching and practice, not therapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or medical treatment. Health-related practices are used within an appropriate coaching and wellness scope.

The culture of the dojo

Hope. Resilience. Kindness.

Hope

There is still something you can do from here.

Resilience

You can meet reality, recover, learn, repair, and continue.

Kindness

Growth does not require treating yourself like an enemy.

I am lovable.

That belief changed my relationship to accountability. When worth is not on trial, it becomes easier to look honestly at what happened, take responsibility, repair what can be repaired, and learn.
